Request an RMA

Prepare the Package
Place the device in its original packaging including all antennas, power adapters, and Ethernet cables to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of RMA approval.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
